The 2,000-square-meter lot consists of 3 sections:
Toward the forest on the right: the apiary; further on, the berries; and two 8-meter-diameter spirals for aromatic and medicinal plants.
In the center are the community vegetable garden beds.
We grow a variety of vegetable crops in accordance with organic standards, paying particular attention to biodiversity and soil quality.
Together, we manage resources, equipment, and the plantings, as well as the upkeep and harvesting of the common areas that are shared by everyone.
