Infrastructure

This is the hub for structure builders—those who love working with wood, metal, and natural and synthetic materials. You’ll build or repair greenhouses, sheds, planters, or any other structures that are useful to the group. In addition, you’ll be responsible for bringing in or moving the organic materials needed for the garden (soil, compost, wood chips, manure, etc.).

There, you and your friends will learn to develop in-depth skills in DIY, materials, logistics, and tool handling.

Here are a few ideas for infrastructure projects:

    • A rack for storing tools
    • Additional storage space that complies with the regulations for the agricultural zone where we are located
    • …other ideas may come up, depending on our farm's needs.

    Organic matter

Compost and manure are essential for our crops; they are replenished each year after we have thoroughly tilled the soil by hand.

Good, healthy organic matter plays a significant role in promoting the healthy growth of our crops.

Thus, each input is carefully selected and certified organic to ensure the consistency of our farm operations and maintain ecological balance.

    TOOLS & DIY

We maintain our existing infrastructure and also do small DIY projects for our greenhouses, storage areas, and tool repairs.

We arrange our vegetable crops in a way that conserves water. We prioritize combining plants of different heights to provide clever shade for the shorter ones.
